Targets of the project: This project is realised in operating programm Business and innovation for competition ability. The target of the project is complete reconstruction and enlargement of the production hall of the company Allupressing-slévárna Ltd. Thanks to this project it will be possible in the future to cover with capacity the inquiry, which the company had to refuse currently. This project will help to improve the working and production processes and to decrease energy expensives of the building, it will optimise production and increase company competition ability as well.

We assure quality of our products not only with certification award ISO 9001:2009, which we defend successfully every year, but also with X-ray equipment. This technology allows us to detect porosity of dieyed castings and to assure minimum porosity.

Our foundry offers a wide range of services to our customers, from modifying 3D models of parts to mold construction, pressure casting, hand fettling, and machining. This allows us to offer complete and comprehensive solutions for the production of die-castings. Customers can receive either a raw die-casting or a 100% finished part according to their requirements. This comprehensive solution aims to provide our customers with only high-quality castings.

Technology
Our technology enable to pressure die casting of parts with weight range from 5 g to 3,5 kg . We finish die casting in vertical and horizontal machines with closing force 100 - 400 tonnes and due to the precise definied technological procedures we are able to finish die casting of parts with thin walls in high quality.
In 2021, we expanded our machinery with a COLOSIO 750 casting machine with a fully automated workstation. This workstation includes an aluminum dosing unit into the machine, a robotized removal of parts from the mold, and trimming, which immediately prepares the casting for processing.

The casting machines are complemented by newly purchased holding furnaces from the Czech manufacturer LAC. The preparation of aluminum melt takes place in two melting furnaces from NABERTHER and ELSKLO.

The main raw material processed in our foundry is aluminum alloys and, to a lesser extent, zinc alloys. The most commonly used alloys are:

Our projects are co-financed by the European Union under the Operational Program "Business and Innovation for Competitiveness" or the program "The Country for the Future". The goal of the projects is to acquire new technologies for the company's production hall to introduce digitization, automation of production processes, and optimization of business processes. This will enable the company to achieve higher revenues and become more competitive.
History
History since 1911 - We have many years of experience, since our production belonged to a successful business with measuring instruments, under the company Metra Blansko, Inc. (est. 1911).
September 1, 2009 - Foundation of Alupressing – slévárna, s.r.o. With the new independent company, there was more space for special customer care. Photogallery.
August 30, 2010 - The company completed a restructuring of business and operating processes including more efficient production layout.
August 24, 2011 - The certification of the quality mangement system ISO 9001:2008 was obtained. Photogallery.
August 31, 2012 - A grant from the Operational Program Enterprise and Innovation for the new casting machine CLHO 400 was obtained. New technologies were installed. Equipments for chemical vibratorz deburring and a degassing device.
May 10, 2013 - A new automatic workplace with casting machine CLHO 400 and automatic dosing including spray was launched. Photogallery.
January 1, 2015 - A second automatic workplace with casting machine CLHO 250 and automatic dosing including spray was launched. A new tumbling drums from company Rosler was installed. Photogallery.
June 5, 2015 - New drum jet equipment was installed. Photogallery.
August 1, 2017 - X-ray equipment for checking of castings porosity in start of production was installed. Photogallery.
September 15, 2017 - Reconstruction of the entire building was started in order to optimize the production and increase the competitiveness of the company.
September 30, 2019 - Completion and acceptance of the new building. Photogallery.
August 1, 2020 - Degassing equipment from ELSKO installed to check the purity of aluminum. Photogallery.
